Smoke cleansing may help you establish a positive environment for meditation or just to simply feel at peace within your space. Choosing to sit and let go of negative thoughts sets your intention and dedication to self-improvement.
White sage (Salvia apiana) has antimicrobial properties. This means they keep infectious bacteria, viruses, and fungi at bay. It is also shown to repel insects.
A 2016 research project for the University of Mississippi established that white sage (Salvia apiana) is rich in compounds that activate certain receptors in the brain. These receptors are responsible for elevating mood levels, reducing stress, and even alleviating pain.
All of our bundles here at Onyx California are either homegrown or purchased from an Indigenous organization where it is sustainably harvested.
If burning incense, herbs, or wood is part of your self-love practice and inner wellness work, it’s important that the plant is used sustainably. When we pick sage from the garden, we always leave the root and say a prayer of thanks for our harvest.
It's important that in the process of any cleansing, you're respecting cultures and the ecosystem.
Being intentional about how you implement this practice in your life — and being mindful about its origins and significance — is helpful for everyone.

IMPORTANT *
There will be small variations in size... they are intuitively hand-crafted. Therefore, no two cleansing wands will be the same.
Do not intentionally inhale. Burn in a heat proof bowl or dish, making sure windows/doors are open for ventilation. DO NOT leave unattended while burning. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Good for 1-7 cleanses per wand depending on usage, results may vary per user.
Some variation may occur as these are hand crafted and herbs can differ in weight, fullness, and density.

Please note that all bundles are shipped DRY or PARTIALLY DRY. Shedding is completely normal and will not cause cosmetic damage.
