Return Policy

Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback without giving us a chance to make things right. We love keeping out customers happy! :)

Should you like to make a return, please note the item(s) must be in new, unused condition as it was when shipped out. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item. 

Order Cancellation 

If your order has not been created or shipped yet, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund!

Broken, Missing, or Damaged Items in Transit

If any item in your package arrives broken, please contact us immediately and include photographs of the broken item and if the shipping box/package has damage, please send a photograph of the damaged packaging. If an item is damaged or broken in transit we need photographs within 3 days of confirmed delivery.  Depending on the situation we will provide additional instructions for your refund or exchange.

If any items are missing, you must contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery and include a photograph of the invoice in your package, a photograph of the contents received, and clearly identify the missing item(s) from the order. Please send us a message on our contact page and we can help you out ASAP. 

We try our best to accurately display and describe each and every item. Customers please understand that the items will vary slightly due to the uniqueness of each piece,  and differences in screen coloring as well. Because our stones are natural specimens of the earth and our jewelry is hand-crafted... no 2 items will be exactly alike, (and thats what makes each and every item so special from Onyx California!)
